In celebration of Easter we bought a small Easter cactus for the house since we can not have an Easter Lily. We had always bought a live Easter Lily plant but since we have inside the house cats and they like to eat plants we did not want to take the chance that they would attempt to eat the plant.
Easter Lilies are on the list of plants that are poisonous to cats.
Will see if we can keep the cactus alive for a rebloom later on in the year. In the past we have overwatered and lost them.
