The broccoli plants this year were wonderful and did very well. I froze a lot of the broccoli florets after soaking in salt water to be sure there were not any bugs. I then blanched and put them into appropriate sized freezer containers. Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables to eat with a brown sauce for lunch.
Now the second growth is happening in small clusters.
Will be able to get another small gathering of florets before pulling the plants out of the garden for the winter.
